  1. I don't really think so, no. You can just flash the latest firmware without issue.
  2. Yes. That'll be a good way to see if the RAM is at fault.
  3. How do you have your AIO installed? What I mean by that, where did you put the radiator in the case? Also it might be worth it just to re-seat the RAM.
  4. I'm thinking that you might have a loose display connection. Try reconnecting the displays to make sure that they are connected properly.
  5. Do you have another machine or a laptop you can use to make a Windows 10 boot USB?
  6. You should be able to skip the online account sign in as you see it. there should be a "skip" button.
  7. Did you remove the PCI-E slot cover on the graphics card?
  8. It appears that this PSU may be a rebrand of the Silverstone SST-SX650-G. According to this page, it says that the PSU has 2 x 6/8 pin PCIE connectors.
  9. What power plan are you using? Are you using a non-Ryzen power plan?
  10. You might also need to use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) for a fresh driver install.
  11. That looks like a faulty HDD that is on it's way out. Do try to back up any data that you don't want to lose.
  12. Did you peel off the sticker that is on the cooler? You'll find that on the contact point that goes to the CPU.
  13. What stuff are you testing and why would you need to disable the slots to do the testing?
