    If your work has a IT department there is good chance they have already installed a program on your pc from new that monitors what you do on the pc it very difficult to find.

    Go for the ryzen then go with the high clocked ram it give you more upgrade ability down the road with cpu as well .

    The older the board is Pci express slot does not hold the graphics card as tight as if the board is brand new. if the slightest movie meant of the case or when you changed your power supply you might have moved the card just slightly out of line meant witch courses all of the above.
