5080 will not be $799. Those ships sailed long ago. You're only upgrade path for south of $799 will likely be the "5070". I don't know why people are so optimistic that prices will go down next gen

This gen of cards is kind of a dud. I would personally wait until 5000 gen next year but it'll probably be really expensive.

Do you have a 4000hz mouse by chance? That may be the culprit as well.

If you're primarily gaming you are going to want an x3d chip. There is nothing close from team blue ATM.

Ever since the 34 inch Alienware QD-OLED came out last year I have been waiting for a 27 inch QD-OLED monitor to be released, the fact that it is 360hz is just a bonus. I am afraid this thing is going to be like $999 to start though so I will likely need to wait a year or so for the price to cool to around $500. Can't justify paying any more than that unfortunately.

I had this same issue. You have to go into the game settings on the Epic client and make sure you check "Download streamed assets" or something like that. That is the issue.

Phanteks is where it is at nowadays. The G500a or NV5 is what I would personally suggest

I personally would not recommend it as I have it currently. The AM5 mounting is ATROCIOUS and was a gigantic migraine
