You don't set the same value in the boost table jfc. 
 
If you remember the first screen in KBT or MBT you set Boost #1 (or something like that)  to Boost #0.
 
That disables the boost clock. So you end up only working with one clock, the base clock. 
 
Not quite sure if that'll work with Pascal but it should. Would probably work best with static volts.

I had different ones, and it just looks ... terrible.

I thought about that, but this display needs to be upgraded anyway, it's freesync, whereas I have Nvidia, although I don't mind not having gsync... I think you're right, I should just wait to get a nice display.
