  1. Go for it, all of that is worth a lot more than $60. You could probably use a GTX 970 without too much bottlenecking
  2. If you want to get the most possible performance right now, I recommend upgrading your GPU to an AMD R9 Fury X, and finding a higher end z77 motherboard used and getting a liquid CPU cooler like a corsair H110 to allow you to overclock your CPU more and make your system more stable.
  3. Just one more question, what resolution are you playing at?
  4. What kind of performance are you looking for? As far as I can tell your rig should still have quite a bit of life left in it.
  5. I'm with dan, it sounds like your friend may have accidentally enabled FilterKeys. To disable it, hold right shift for 8-16 seconds, and you should see a message that it was disabled if she had it enabled.
  6. If you really must have wireless, the MX Master has similar functionality to a G402 albeit more professional-focused than gamer-focused. The bottom half of the thumb rest is a button, which will be a bit tougher to use for gaming but it's still a thumb button. Also this mouse favors a palm grip, but could still be used with a claw grip.
  7. Logitech's G402 looks like it would be a good option for you. It's not wireless, but you'd be hard pressed to find a mouse of this style that was. The primary market for the style is FPS gamers, so the mouse must be wired for the lowest latency.
  8. Your case doesn't matter, your motherboard will always be where you go for fan control. MSI provides fan speed control from either your BIOS or from command center, which you can download and install from here.
  9. Why did you put an external DVD drive inside your case
  10. Everyone should have an SSD because the rest of a modern system is so fast that magnetic storage can't keep up. Nothing will kneecap a new build like slow storage. Working, gaming, and even day-to-day usage like managing family photos and documents are all faster and more efficient with an SSD. Waiting for your dual-gpu watercooled behemoth to boot from a hard drive and load your applications is something nobody should ever have to experience. We're living in the future, our storage should reflect that. Personally this would look awesome in my grey and black build, the crackled grey finish is sick. I haven't seen anything like it before. It would be sweet to raid it with my system SSD and have space to install some games.
  11. NH-D9L: $60 AXP-200 Muscle: $60 AXP-100 Muscle: $50 GeminII M4: $33
  12. CPU-Z always shows half of your effective memory speed, since it's DDR (double data rate) memory. My 2133 MHz memory reports as 1067 MHz in CPU-Z.
  13. More soundtrack than usual in this one, trying something new?
  14. As long as your processor is an Intel 115x CPU or an AMD APU it will have good enough integrated graphics to hold you over. If it's an AMD FX CPU then you won't even be able to boot your system.
  15. And the understatement of the century award goes to....
  16. It's set up like that so that the second fan you connect to the plug can send its RPM to the BIOS, even if it isn't a PST fan. If you use the splitter you will need to connect to an additional header. If you aren't using the PST feature you can plug the connector with the yellow wire into the open end of the splitter like so and your BIOS will be able to read your fan's speed properly. If you have two PWM fans you'll only be taking up one 4-pin header and one 3-pin header, which IMO is still better than two 4-pin headers. (If you're not using the splitter, do this. If you are using it, plug the 3-pin connector into a 3-pin header to send your F8's speed to the BIOS)

It's a nice aesthetic, if I would change anything I would refine the text a bit, a bit smaller and a different font. Also I get that your username is "itsMilan" but if you separate the "its" and "Milan" then it would be proper to put an apostrophe in "its" to make it "it's".
  18. Do you have the 3-pin connector with the yellow wire plugged in to your motherboard? That's what sends the BIOS the RPM reading from your fan.
  19. CPU sockets- why they change and what changes when they do CPU interposers (packaging)- why they matter and what they do, could go into HBM putting vram on the interposer (footnote for broadwell's on-package DRAM cache) and weak skylake package substrate leading to cracked dies with heavy hard-mount air coolers
  20. CF only needs a few pci-e lanes to communicate well enough for mining
