arma is cpu intensive and plays better on few strong cores than on more slow cores. dont forget that arma's fps is just more than hardware, mods and server have a really large impact

long story short, my grandmother has an old computer which she complains about being slow,. Not suprising with 446MB ram, Intel Celeron D 3.20GHz and windows vista, i need to find the mobo and what kind of ram i can stick in too this becouse my parents told me to do it .... anybody who can find it? The ram type which is compatible Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo P CPU Celeron D 3.20GHz GPU Ati Radeon XPress 200 172 MB of VRAM OS Windows Vista business i know its a bit weird, but help me?

once had a problem with removing a cable, and applying more force resulted in it letting loose and i cut myself on the motherboard on som sharp stuff -
dusty pc's are not cool & not cool either (neither cool looking and low temps :rolleyes: )

by cheap do you mean a couple of dollars lower or actually alot cheaper, idk but my guess it wont make a huge difference unless you visit something less legal. But im no price expert so don't trust me

the school laptop came with windows 8, but they have installed windows 7 on all of them and main PC is windows 7 all the way but thinking of also install ubuntu
