  1. My point was copyright, and making money off of software you didn’t make. Just like making money off of music you didn’t make
  2. Downloads a YouTube music video Burns it onto a cd Sells for $3 per cd Just because it’s ‘free’ does not make it legal
  3. The amount of shit yahoo has hanging over their heads and they do this. Are they trying to dig their hole deeper? Never use yahoo.

  5. I notice it even with just mouse pointer movements.
  6. So no pictures okay. Is there any benefit to using vr on the web? Like you probably are going to be using a mouse and kb anyways, maybe not a mouse but certainly a kb.
  7. The more companies that become 100% renewable, the more companies using fossil fuels will get flamed for not making a switch. Which is a very good thing Atleast that’s what I predict
  8. Practice and effort. If you haven’t finished school ask your teacher for help. Look up MLA format
  9. only if you’re replacing your ssd and selling it. I don’t see why you would format it if you’re upgrading any other component
  10. Chips can be optimized for performance, another can be optimized for power use. the only real importance is if you’re putting together a battery powered device. Otherwise it’s up to the limitations of your psu
  11. Security settings? If that’s not what you mean, the usb drive might not be in exfat or hfs format
  12. I can see it as aiding in the criminal’s distribution of illegal media, but I can not see it as being in possession of said media.

Would it be possible/better to get an old heats…

No reason it cant be done
  16. Alright, I most likely can, just need to sit down and spend some time with it when I get home. I do want it to atleast stay at 3.9 That's just aida64 temp after a long period of time which is highly unrealistic. I haven't seen it reach anywhere near there in normal use. I do live in a colder climate too.. basically bordering Canada. If I do see it reach 80s in the summer then I'll invest in a good cooler, if I buy one I don't wanna get a crappy one.
  17. Just got a 1600 a week ago been playing around with overclocking since it’s my first time not having a locked processor. I got it stable at 1.35v 3.9ghz with 81c max after a few hours in aida64 using the stock cooler. Should I try to push it even further? I don’t want to destroy the chip, but I also don’t want to completely baby it. What would be the max voltage to try while allowing the chip to last atleast 5 years before I end up upgrading it
  18. ... well that’s cool I guess.. I use LastPass but I would think that stuff would be secured.. guess not. Is the “remember me” check boxes also unsafe or are those more secure? Cause I do use those sometimes if it’s something I use hourly
  19. Wait.. is it that easy to take passwords from the chrome stored passwords?
  20. I mean it depends on your budget. Though gpu prices are starting to get fucked too. Ive mostly seen that gpu paired with a 1060
  21. Full virus/malware scan. Remove clutter and fix up your startup programs. Make sure you don’t have 100s of currently running programs. Make sure drivers are up to date.
  22. Corsair has a refurbished section on their website. Maybe I got lucky with mine, but my k70 I picked up for like $70 is still working perfectly and came looking and feeling brand new. I know people don’t like that route but it’s a good budget route imo
  23. Well In that case I would buy a unlocked intel processor and push the frequency
  24. I personally didn’t care for 1440p. If I were to make a resolution jump it would be 4K. I recently just went with 1080p144hz instead of 1440p
