    Honestly I hope Trump wins however I think Hillary has it. It's a shame for our country however because of how shady she is. I know Trump has done some shady things however I think Hillary by far would hurt our country more.

    Are smells like how something tastes? For example do strawberries smell like how they taste or is it different?

    So I am one of the few people who was born with the inability to smell. I've never been able to smell and i've always wondered what stuff smells like. This thread is mainly just to see you guys try to describe your favorite smell to someone who has never smelled before. I also am interested to see if anyone else on this forum can't smell and whether they were born with it or it gradually went away with time. Also if you guys have any questions for someone who can't smell I am here to answer.

    See one of our cats will eat anything we leave out. By anything I mean he has ripped open bread packages to eat bread, opened canisters that we stored food in, or whatever else to get food. We feed him a good amount but we found him as a stray and can't seem to shake him off the habit of eating everything. I kid you not the cat likes everything but fruit. He has eaten mexican food, italian, vegetables, and literally anything or everything else. Our only solution is to put him out while we eat and to let him back in once the food is put away. There is no training him to stop we have tossed him off counters and thrown him outside every time he does it yet he will not stop.

    Someone once asked me what liquid cooling is for a pc. I told them that liquid cooling is when you pump gasoline into your computer and it cools it. They asked if that would fry the computer and I told them it wouldn't because gasoline isn't conductive. They told me that it sounded interesting and they may try it when they get older...

    So I'm currently a junior in high school with a year of visual basic under my belt and I'm currently learning java in class (it has college credit) and trying to learn c++ whenever I have time at home. For my senior year I can do a self taught class for whatever language I would like to do. I've heard that people can get jobs as a computer programmer without any college education and thats what I'm hoping on doing. I know people who are in college and their lives are full of unneccesary classes for what they want to do and spending entire days trying to get homework done. Honestly if thats what college life would be for me I would love to somehow to pass the college step and just get a job programming. So if any of you have gotten a job programming (with no college education) how did you get the job and what suggestions would you have for someone who just wants to get a job programming?

    I got it to work on the other pci-e slot so I'm thinking I was trying to use it on a dead slot thanks for replying though.

    1. I did and the motherboard sees it but I still have the artifacting (never thought about switching it back till you said something so thank you) 2. correct I used my integrated graphics 3. Yes everything is plugged in the way it was before.

    Is there no way to fix it? I spent two weeks waiting to get it back and I would rather not spend another two weeks waiting to see if it works for them.

    So I sent my GTX 970 graphics card back to the manufacturer due to it artifacting on windows startup. They said nothing was wrong with it and just sent it back. I figured I would place it in a different pci-e slot as it may have been the slot I was using but now my computer doesn't see the graphics card in device manager or in the bios system configuration (it shows nothing in my pci-e slots)? I did do a windows reset (due to a unrelated problem) while I did not have my graphics card. I now have updated my motherboard drivers to what they were when I had the GTX 970 in my system and everything is as it should be before I reset so I'm not sure why my graphics card isn't being seen. The only drivers I have for my graphics card are drivers for easy overclocking by Gigabyte and I can't download the new Nvidia drivers because it can't detect any Nvidia graphics cards. Specs: Asrock H97m Pro4 Motherboard Gigabyte Geforce GTX 970 Graphics card XFX 550W power supply Any help would be appreciated

    Gotta say the projector would be great to have as a light and powerful large screen projection. Watching some movies or just playing some games with this would rock. Definitely impressed and good luck everyone!

    So I'm writing my final for Visual Basic and I've come across some code which if triggered I need to leave the "If" it is in and start the sub back at the beginning. How would one go about this? I dont want to close out of the sub with exit sub but just go back to the beginning of it without resetting it or anything.

    My HDD is connected the exact same way my primary one is. Sata cable into the motherboard and a powercord from the power supply. Only difference is the that the primary HDD is in sata 0 and the second one is in sata 2 (disk drive is in sata 1). When I access my bios It knows that I have those 3 satas being used and it knows that 0 and 2 are hard drives with 1000 GBs. Also another quick question. Because my old hard drive was failing I had gotten 2 other new ones. When I boot up the first new hard drive with windows and everything will the second just be another of what is happening here? Do I have to do something with the master/slave properties and the plastic things that indicate which is which (sorry but that may be the main reason I cant find the new HDD I just found out about that stuff a little bit ago)?

    Don't worry about being late its fine. I also may not have done a good explanation of what I see in the disk management. This is what I see: http://imgur.com/jyeMej4. However I will install the windows 10 because I never knew I could just install it. The main reason I wanted to copy over the hard drive was so I would still have my operating system (I do not have the boot disk or anything). I will try everything out and tell you possibly today or tomorrow if it worked.

    I see disk 0 with three different sections. The sections in order are: System Reserved, (C:), and a blank name Below that I see CD-ROM 0 with nothing beside it or below it. So I guess it sort of shows a empty space?

    So I had gotten a second hard drive that I wanted to replace my first with and by replace I mean copy all of my files (including system files) to the new hard drive. I have checked my bios and my computer recognizes I have a new hard drive. However I cant (and have no idea how) to format it. Whenever I go to computer management --> disk management I only see disk 0 and cd rom 0. I also cant right click on the unallocated area of my hard drive because there isn't any to right click. However I know that is wrong because I have 190 GBs free on my hard drive. Any information can be given if asked for. Thanks for any help in advance.
