Windows ten install fails after partitioning drive HELP

The system just restarts back into the Windows installer. It just reboots -
So I built a new rig, 4590 with a gigabyte 970 and I'm trying to install Windows and it fails after partitioning the 1 tb wd blue I bought. Any ideas why?

alright so i just need a mic that sounds decent hat can mount to my desk. as cheap as i can without sacrificing quality

try removing the graphics card, nvidia may be having an issue with the drivers. just a thought

actually that cooler can be installed in that orientation as well, it just looks wierd

if your wanting to stay amd though instead of the 4300, which i have, go with the 6300 it will handle video encoding better

More than one fan on a fan header

The only problem i see with this is that it could fry the fan header, possibly the whole board with it . Getting that fan controller will take car of that possibility, also the setry 3 looks cool. -
