Should I repaste my reference RX 480? Will it likely yield similar/noticeable results?

Aero 15 and Aero 14 are killer. Excellent batteries, GTX 1060, super light, and (in my opinion) great design.

On Newegg 6700HQ 1060 laptops handily hover around or go below $1200, although it's mostly MSI laptops and they're not too good.

Where is that picture from? The RX 560 doesn't exist yet, either. It might be a hint at an unreleased processor from Intel.

I read the ultrabookreview.com's verdict, and it did not mention anything spectacular about cooling. It's not bad and certainly keeps the laptop within reasonable temperatures under load. The Acer has TB3, which is not very good for performance. I have an Alienware Graphics Amp that I use with my 15 R2 although I haven't specifically benched its framerates or anything else. It works spectacularly, though, and Alienware has a wide-ish range of laptops to choose from. including all last-gen laptops, too.

I could always leave the hood open, although that would look ugly. The GA has a little exhaust fan, but I don't know how much that will help.
