Our own local breweries and liquor manufacturers decided to make rubbing alcohol instead of alcoholic beverages. I think it’s a win-win situation. 
 

People are panic buying rubbing alcohol so they’ll make more, and in turn they’ll make a lot of money even with the state regulation of capping prices because as long as it’s 70% rubbing alcohol, people are going to buy it. 
 

Also, if you have denatured alcohol at home for removing thermal paste from CPUs, you can reconstitute and make your own rubbing alcohol albeit a little bit more drying than the commercial ones but safe antiseptic/disinfectant effect.
