It's not really hate in anyway, it's just inevitable that one day they will cease to exist. Buying their products sounds like a way to not have your warranty fulfilled when they go under.

Its most likely not worth it with 1200p. The 770 is fine for that, probably even for 1440p

@guganbedi, I wouldn't go for a 27" 1080p monitor unless it was for your grandma . If you wanna go 27" you should go for a 27" 1440p display. However, if you like MX279H it would be better to go for it's smaller brother the 23" MX239H because of the better pixel density and overall clearer picture.

A lot of people are scared of the antenna's that get placed around. An old
teacher of mine actually was a top researcher in the field of wireless com-
munication. He used to get a lot of calls from people to come and measure
the radiation level in their house because, since some company placed a
new antenna near their house, they had a lot more headaches and whatnot.

The verdict time and time again is that the radiation that reaches your head
from these towers is many, many times less than the radiation hitting your
body from your cell phone when you're making a phone call. Seriously.
If you're scared of cell phone radiation, then it is your cell phone you need
to get rid of, not the antenna towers.

Also, those towers actually have a radiation pattern that stretches outwards
from the top. That meanse that right at the base of the tower, the radiation
will be low, as it is directed way more outwards.

So, no, you shouldn't worry. On top of what I told you above, you also need
to keep in mind that there is still no scientific proof of any adverse affects
from cell phone radiation in long term. (Unless new studies have revealed
something on this subject in the last two to three years).

Your display comes from the same chip, you severed the cable that connects the laptop display to your motherboard. all you can really do is purchase a new lcd for your laptop. or turn your laptop into a desktop computer.
