There is a German PCPP site with German prices. Prices vary by country, so a list made with PCPP US won't cost the same in Germany.
For gaming, especially ones not heavily multi threaded, you'll want Coffee.
You can get a Windows key from Reddit or Kinguin for ~€25.
You could easily cut costs by going for an 8400 with the stock cooler, changing the motherboard to a cheaper one (only do this if you get the 8400), getting a 1070 Ti instead of the 1080 Ti, or changing the PSU to a Vengeance or Pure Power 10.

Really? I've read many good things about the 212. Honestly though, i never had one and you made a really good build, so you probably are right.

I plugged a 4 pin floppy connector into a CD aux connector on a sound card when I was quite young. The blue smoke that made the sound card work escaped.

I'd go for the 500-650W range. If you have a thicker wallet you could go for the Corsair RM650 for example, which is fully modular as well. If it needs to be budget, then you should be able to pick up a Corsair CX600 for 50 or 60 bucks on newegg.
