    Turns out Malwarebytes was preventing the browsers from working. All is good now! Thanks all, especially mccammidge!

    It seems to be working now, but I have another issue. None of my web browsers are loading the internet, but all my other programs like skype and steam are working fine

    According to each core, they are all running from 50-80% That can't be bottlenecking?

    Hey Guys, Whenever I play Fallout 4, I can only seem to run the game at it's lowest settings if I want to have 60FPS. And even when I do this, it still sometimes goes down to 40. It's so annoying. It's mostly when i'm inside a small house I have a stable 60 frames, but this isn't always the case. I have a pretty good graphics card, so I'm not sure exactly whats causing this issue. Does anybody know whats going on? (My specs are in my signature)
