Anyways, to be very blunt with you, the people who are competent enough for this kind of job would most probably just do their own thing since it's more practical rather than taking a chance on this. Unless you have a more definite (and reasonable) payment, this project most likely wouldn't come into fruition.
But just a hint, since your game mostly contains basic coding, I'd invest heavily on the art to make it appealing and bearable. That would mean good environmental artists, texture artists and a somewhat good 3d artist (depends on the animation required) to create a mesh with a rig that can do good deforms for the animations. For game meshes such as swords, guns and etc, the 3d artist would most likely create them since if he can create an organic mesh, he could most certainly create a stationary mesh (be careful though, it can't be the other way around because there are 3d modelers out there who aren't very good with anatomy and dare I say it, some of them don't even know anatomy at all so you need a sculptor/organic mesh artist rather than your average modeler or at least a decent enough modeler that knows basic deformations).
