  1. Windows settings allow you to change the mousesens, but this affects also your 1080p monitor sadly
  2. 730 all day erry day. You're better off buying a new 840 evo tho.
  3. You should clean the dust and dirt off of the metal roster which is dissipating the heat. Dust will isolate all the warmth produced by the GPU and causes it to heat up. You also should clean all other dust in your case, so all other fans and maybe reapply thermal paste on the CPU too. If there is no cool air in the case, it will never be able to cool the components properly. I hope this helps! BTW: Remove any overclock just for now, because 98 C is ridiculously high
  4. Maybe a friend of yours can test it for you, or even a local computerstore?
  5. This makes no sense, because an idle i5 shouldn't be hitting more than 20%. However, BF1 is a very CPU intense game as mentioned earlier which causes the GPU usage to be held back.
  6. In Euro truck simulator you can manually choose your save file. Just copy your file in your local documents and select the path in-game. In Steam/origin settings, you can choose where you want to install your games and save-files, so you should change that as well.
  7. If you save any office file (word, excel, ppt) it saves automatically in 'my documents' within your OneDrive folders. Very annoying indeed. But you can log in to onedrive with your microsoft account and download everything as file or folder
  8. You can stop this by selecting another folder when you save your files, obviously. You can download all your Onedrive files and store them in your documents. However, I'd recommend having an online backup for important files in case your house burns down.
  9. As long as the load temperatures are reasonable (lower than 70 degrees), there is no problem. It's probably, as mbryant mentioned, a card-specific fan-curve that's adjusted to stop fans spinning whilst idling.
  10. If your anti-virus is scanning a slow HDD, this may take days to complete. If you shut your pc down, it begins from the start again. That may cause a very slow pc-experience. Solution is buying a faster hybrid HDD of SSD
  11. Any passmark score under 5000 will bottleneck any future upgrade after this GPU (speaking out of experience). The GTX 950 is relatively speaking not a powerful graphics card so any upgrade to the APU's will remove the bottleneck. However; you're paying for the APU side of the CPU which makes it overpriced and the scores are NOT great. I'd recommend upgrading to an older intel-based MB + Cheap CPU. You can try to look for a cheap second-hand i3 4th gen. (with hyperthreading) + cheap motherboard, or maybe consider saving up to 250 dollars so you can buy a new Kaby Lake CPU + MB. TL;DR AMD will be bottlenecked again within 1 year of won't remove the bottleneck at all. You should save up some more so you can make the switch to a new, future-proof intel-based system.
  12. They're called earbuds :). They don't go literally in your ear, unlike in-ears (logics ftw!). I can't recommend you anything but this surely will help you narrow your searching terms. EDIT: maybe just buy apple earpods. They're not bad and far below your budget
  13. The i7 lineup has hyperthreading; a way that 4 physical cores can behave as 8 logical cores. In practice it means that your CPU can handle tasks more efficient, thus giving better results in CPU-intensive programs like rendering OR CSGO you can put 8 threads as your i7 has hyperthreading enabled by default.
  14. Have you tried to force an x- amount of threads to run CSGO? Put '-threads 8' in the launch-command of csgo to force CS to utilize 8 cores.
