    Why not use a small UPS (to provide power whilst the generator starts up) and a generator? Cheaper and more power for longer.

    Our school blocked all proxies and vpn's and blocked wikipedia for half a term. Utter nightmare! Wikipedia is back now but wikianswers is still blocked :-(

    Thanks You! Pushed in PC side DVI cable and restarted PC. Back to good old 1440 by 900.

    @Glenwing That's the only input available and it was working fine earlier in the day so I don't know what went wrong.

    I'm using a HP w1907v monitor which is 1440 by 900p but that is not an option under the display settings in control panel. I'm running Windows 10 pro with a GTX 960 gpu running the latest drivers. When I first installed windows I had this same problem but I updated it along with the drivers from my 960 and suddenly the option came up (1440 by 900). I had to move my PC so unplugged it from the wall and when I booted it up again it went back to the "native" 1024 by 768 when that isn't my displays native resolution. It's 1440 by 900. I don't know why and any help will be greatly appreciated. EDIT 1: It's not even listed under "List all Modes" in advanced settings and yes I have done a factory reset on my monitor and am using a DVI to VGA cable. Thanks :-)

    @ElliotH Your rig only needs like 400 watts why the 700 watt psu? Buy yourself a cheaper z97 mobo, a better quality and lower wattage PSU and consider going from the 380x to the 380 4gb. With the money saved get a good aftermarket cooler for the OC potential and a SSD.

    I am looking for a cheap (less than £60) HTPC style case or any horizontal case that supports 120mm fans, a full size atx motherboard, a stock cooler, an EVGA mini GTX960, one optical drive, one 3.5 inch HDD and a 2.5 inch SSD. Any ideas's?

    CS:GO started to crash on my pc (GTX 760) too. X-Plane was fine just CS:GO.
