His core 2 duo is working pretty fine but anything that can quadruple his cpu performance plus he will be fine with.

Hi I recently bought a new Hard-rive - 1 terabyte, its 5200 RPM and I was wondering how I can overclock it to get it higher so I can have better gaming performance. Also should I upgrade my hard drive cooling system for overclocking it?

My brother is going to have USD 500 soon and needs a good build that must include > A Good processor for editing/coding/adobe stuff - As good as you can get for money > A lot of storage + SSD is MANDATORY >16 gigs of ram is mandatory too > Parts he needs > Cpu, Motherboard, aftermarket cooler, ram, HDD, SSD, psu, case He does stuff like this and doesn't want it to take hours to render.
