  1. Hello I've changed my pc case and after replacing my case i saw the case's power button doesn't work so i swapped it with reset button. And i also upgraded my gpu . But now a new problem emerged , if i keep my system under sleep mode for longer , it doesn't turn on / doesn't wake up from sleep mode. Mouse keyboard light doesn't come up and blue power Led lights up but cpu gpu fan doesn't spin until i long press the reset button or cut the power and start it again. how to fix it kindly help.
  2. Kindly view the attached picture and let me know if the card is really in bad shape . my case is a micro atx case and gpu is firmly inserted . But the pci e cables are putting some pressure on the edge . It looks somewhat odd . Thats why i am worried. 4. Just wondering i have a system that has a i5 9400 cpu 16 gb ram and 5x 5.4k rpm hdd and 1x 7.2k rpm hdd and a rx 580 and a m.2 ssd . This system is running flawlessly under a Gigabyte P450B . So recently i thought of buying a used 5500xt . this model https://www.xfxforce.com/gpus/radeon-tm-rx-5500-xt-8gb-gddr6-thicc-ii-pro So psu calculator says max draw of my system with this gpu is 351 watt . So will it suffice ?

So recently i thought of buying a used 1080ti from gigabyte Aorus model. Although the manufacture says 600 watt minimum psu . But wondering will my current psu suffice for 1080ti ?
  6. Hello, I have a Gigabyte aorus rx 580 used card which i bought recently from a shop for a cheap price. The card was running quite well but recently i am experiencing some problems with it. My driver version is amd adrenalin pro latest version. I made some custom profile in the wattman including a downclock profile for skyrim modded game and fan curve xml file. Whenever i open heavy 3d games or apps i tend to load my custom xmls for better cooling. But recently i noticed when i load games and loaded my custom xmls my screen shows glitching artifacts (lines, muticolor box all over the screen) then for a brief moment the screen goes black and i get amd software error along with wattman default warning and the screen goes back to normal. My pc doesnt crash, nor hangs nor bsod but i get weird artifacts and driver crash on desktop only only upon loading my custom fan curve amd downclock xml. But on windows boot menu amd bios logo gpu doesn’t show any artifacts. So can anyone specify what might be the cause of such issue? Driver or card. I think the former may be the culprit.
  7. While playing skyrim heavily modded game my gpu was overheating (then i downclocked the gpu for stable temps) immediately upon reducing clocks to 1230/1830 mhz my monitor started showing pink black green small artifacting horizontal lines. Upon seeing it i hit restart all lines went away. Then i played skyrim for another hour no problem whatsoever. N.B : lines appeared only on windows. On bios screen, everything was normal. My gpu is 2nd hand 1.5 years used. Never repasted nor cleaned nor oced. So are such artifacts indicating a dying amd card? Should i be worried????
  8. GPU is pretty old around 1.5 years used. I am running at stock speed with radeon chill but temperature on that game reaches 85c - 86c average . Will the excess temp affect the gpu lifespan ?
  9. Hello , I bought a second hand RX 580 Gigabyte Aorus Model from at an affordable price. GPU works almost fine at stock clocks albeit a bit hot max temp 80 c+ . So i decided to undervolt it further and managed to make it stable at 1080mv / Vram 925 mv state 7 (max temp now 74c and hovers around 69-70) and changed other values accordingly while keeping all clocks at stock value. But my question is when i was switching different values i noticed artifacting (Black rectangle box, grin yellow pink line, orange line) as well as BSOD's . So my query is did those artifacts while i was undervolting reduced card's lifespan ? PC specs : i5 9400 16gb ddr4 ram RX 580 Aorus 8gb
  10. Today when i opened obs to capture gameplay of Uncharted 4 , game was running in the background and monitor went black but pc was still running and mouse keyboard froze What may be the cause of this freezing ? Driver up to date OBS running on new version System spec : Win 11 system i5 9400 16gb ram Gigabyte Aorus RX 580 8gb Gigabyte H310M m.2 motherboard Gigabyte P450B 80+ Bronze psu
  11. yes i will swap gpus , wont be running both at the same time
  12. Hello all, i want to purchase a RX 580 (China model) very cheap in my country btw after crypto crash and want a 8gb card for some VRAM heavy gaming although my current gpu is impressive but will switch between gpus for personal use case scenario . Card seems to be decent link of the card is here https://peladn.com/products/peladn-rx-580 . Currently i operate a system comprising a i5 9400 , 16gigs of 2.4 ghz ram, H310m m2 Gigabyte board, Asus TUF 1650 Super, 3 internal hdd (2x 5400 rpm 1 tb and 1x Toshiba 1tb 7200rpm) 2x external HDD (2.5 inch) , 1x external ssd 2.5 and 128gb m2 pcie transcend 110s boot drive. All of these components are powered by a very inexpensive Gigabyte P450B 80+ bronze psu. This psu is successfully running my entire system for over 2+ years. So my query now is can my 450watt psu handle a 580? .
  13. Many thanks for providing clarification on the issue.
  14. Hello my pc is running fine no issue. I have a asus tuf gtx 1650 supet gpu in my i5 9400 machine. My psu is gigabyte p450b which is connected to my pro link 650va ups. My issue is whenever i turn off my pc and then turn off the psu switch or just simply turn off the ups switch the gpu pci e white led turns off normally after a few seconds but after a few seconds more the gpu pci e white led flashes for a millisecond. So why the led flashes even if there's no power on the system.? Is the psu causing the flash? Is it going to be harmful for the gpu? Please specify thanks. E.g. : This only occurs when i run my pc for a longer time and then shut it down. But if i turn it on and off the post power down flash doesn’t happen.
