What the absolute fuck .... I'm watching a few Haswell i7 on eBay, just 'cause :P

 

Well, 2 guys got into a bid war for a 4790k, the price is now $561 USD (that's just over $700 CAD) ... Why, just why??? Are they not aware of the market value of these??

 

At that price you can get a brand new 8700k AND a motherboard!!!

    Don't know, somehow some people get invested in the bids they place, so sometimes you'll see used items sell for more than their retail price, usually by small amounts, but this is a first (for me)!

     

    All the other 4790k I'm looking at are around $250, so that's more than double the used price, and we'll above that CPU MSRP back when it was new!

    @CUDA_Cores YESSSSS This happened to me SO many times when I used to sell shoes on eBay. People would never ever pay for them and I’d be out money. It’s the most infuriating thing ever. That’s why I stopped with eBay.
