  1. lel i doubt any cpu package would last more than 5 mins at 100c+ since its mostly plastic
  2. hmm.....i might remove file explorer.....but i'll keep my trusty paint!
  3. triple check the button cell on the mobo. check if any water was spilled , make sure there is nothing making contact of any kind , maybe try another psu or something. my pc did the exact same thing but i had large puddles of water in it , i let it dry for 3 days and had to re initialize my bios. but it works fine and yes , i didnt get a signal from my gpu eighter (when i tried to start it without seeing the water in my case)
  4. you can allways try to find which coil it is and try to glue it down (iirc) to stop the whine if you are not afraid of voiding warranty
  5. Meh , you'll get over it , my gpu has coil whine in certain games but i can't hear a thing when i got my headphones on.
  6. Verify game cache if that doesnt work clean install log out of steam and start a new save , finish the prolog save and exit log back into steam and try again
  7. #1: IF you did NOT use your system for lets say a month or 2 this is normal since its gonna want to update windows (i know from experience , i didnt use my laptop for a year and when i did use it it was unusable for 6h due to 187 updates it was trying to download , run , bla bla bla) #2: Virus , Malware etc. Make sure you run a full system sweep with an anti virus #3: Get more ram #4: if you literally have a system with a max ram of 2gb...time to upgrade my friend
  8. well it worked out thanks for the inspiration!
  9. UPDATE: I Turned it on and american megatrends came up saying i had to setup the bios again so I did , after that it worked just as before , everything was ok , no more windows event errors and passed my 3 benchmark tests with +-2% of the tests i took 1 year earlier when i built my rig. so it WORKS the only thing i did was to leave it unplugged and infront of a table fan on medium with the side panels taken off for 3 days. ggwp
  10. hahaha , i enjoyed stable 2014 drivers for my 780ti for almost a year never failed me
  11. have you tried another DP cable?
  12. try to mute all game and windows sound and go in a game that you hear the buzzing in , look arround , lets say in DayZ standalone you look at the city , 30fps and no buzzing , look at the ocean , 90fps and buzzing. If its has close relation to this it might be the speakers picking up GPU coil whine Maybe it will work or maybe im mad and this has nothing to do with it. yolo
  13. lol , i ran late-mid 2014 drivers on my 780ti till the gta 5 driver came out , both of them never crashed on me. donno what all the fuss is about
