AMD provides full Ryzen support for at least Windows 7. Here are AMD's official Ryzen chipset drivers for Windows 7:

Windows 7 should run fine on either new AMD or Intel CPUs anyway, even without an official chipset patch for them.

Is that something that is going to be fixed? I read that the new AGESA version is still in early-development stage - although, that was some months ago:

The person licenses the software Intellectual Property, to utilize an instance of it. The person fully owns the software instance (non-reproduceable) which the perpetual license they bought represents.

"This software is licensed, not sold" is corporate propaganda that is playing with semantics to bias consumer impressions in their favour, similar to EULAs stating that by using the software the person waives any right to sue to the company that makes the software - when national laws state otherwise. The terms in an EULA are not laws, and are only binding so far as they adhere to laws.

The software (IP) is licensed, not sold
The software (license / instance) is sold, not licensed

A person lawfully possesses all regular property rights for their purchased software, including all decision-making authority, such as whether to modify or not modify (such as via unwanted updates) their owned software at their sole discretion.

TOSes can be, and are always changed.

You can still disagree. Signing the TOS changes nothing about users opinions.

Yep. Some fans come with a 4-pin molex power adapter cable, but if not, they are cheap. Just keep in mind that will run the fan at 100% speed (full 12v). If you want it to run slower, you'll need to control it through the motherboard or with a low-speed adapter which reduces the voltage going to the fan (usually 7v).

Yeah we did and it appears to be whatever is running. Whether it be Steam or Skype. No system tasks whatsoever like explorer.exe or winlogon.exe.

We had trouble installing windows prior to installing GTA. We originally were going to use a R9 270X as the graphics card but the classic AMD driver issue happened and windows would not boot so we had a lot of abrupt shut down and prompts asking us to repair windows and such before we got the 750 Ti. Once we got the 750 Ti, we just installed its drivers and went from there. Maybe some windows files are damaged or something? There aren't any system tasks that are causing the high CPU usage. Might just have to reinstall windows and hope for the best.... Unless if you think it's necessary. Maybe just a fresh installation of Windows 7 is all I need.
