  1. I have an LG 32gn650-b which supports HDR at 165hrz and before a windows update I was able to set run it like that no problem. Now if I have any other monitors connected it only allows SDR at 165hrz or HDR at 60hrz. I tried to rollback the update and the problem persisted. Graphics drivers and Windows are up to date.
  2. https://www.lenovo.com/gb/en/laptops/legion-laptops/legion-5-series/Legion-5-17-AMD/p/WMD00000421 lists the display port on the usb c port at DP1.2 which has a max of 17.28Gb/s vs HDMI2.0's 18Gb/s https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DisplayPort#1.2 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HDMI#Version_2.0 You won't be able to drive a 1440p monitor at 240hz with either.
  3. I think you need to make sure there is liquid in the pump itself. Try to get rid of the air in the lines, specifically between the rad and pump.
  4. https://music.twitch.tv/ Twitch has a list of music you can use freely however it is still up to you to obtain the songs somehow whether by streaming from the internet or downloading from somewhere.
  5. One of the reasons win8 and win10 start much faster than win7 is because instead of starting everything and then showing you the desktop it shows you the desktop halfway into starting everything. Also if you are able to play the actual game fine then I would ignore the problematic menus.
  6. When the game first loads a menu it needs the data from the hdd. No reason to do anything but full speed so thats why it goes to 100. While fetching data from disk it doesn't need to use the gpu because it has no data to send to the gpu yet so it's usage drops. Then it actually loads the menu so it goes to full usage because it wants to do it fast. I don't know why its low fps on menus. It may be that its waiting for data from the hdd but I'm not sure.
  7. I would guess a bad bearing. You can take them apart and fill it with WD 40 to unstick the bearing but it will likely happen again. Fans aren't expensive nor are they hard to replace.
  8. If you paid for them you should have an account and be able to reinstall?
  9. There may be phone repair places near you that sell phones as well. At least then you can see the condition first however they generally have a more limited selection.
  10. Then they should have been backed up. If you can use safe mode I would recommend moving files and program data to a second drive and then reinstalling windows and some kind of backup program.
  11. The reason ubiquity recommends mounting them horizontally is because they project a doughnut shape parallel with the ap and in front of the ap. In a commercial setting the buildings are longer than they are tall and if they need to cover more stories they will just add aps on each story. In a house trying to cover multiple floors its best mounted against an external wall in as middle of the height of the house as possible. Here is a chart of the radiation pattern of the ac lr.
  12. Is there an isolation setting? Like on my old ap I could set the guest network such that no computer could see another.
  13. Is it booting to your old drive? You may need to set the ssd as the primary boot partition in bios?
  14. There is a video of someone taking apart the keyboard. As you can see there are no discrete switches. The only way to make the key feel right again is a new keyboard. However congratulations on wearing out a keyboard. I would advise looking into a mechanical keyboard as they have a much longer life.
  15. For gaming the most important factor of the CPU is clock speed. Most games don't see much improvement after 4 cores anyway. I am pretty sure it won't have an appreciable affect on fps when compared to the 8700k.
