Say I put this on a child(children have more sensitive eyes). The child wears it every time he uses a computer. Would it change his eyesight?

Well unfortunately I'm not an eye doctor but what i can say is the magnification is very little and most likely won't do anything but just to be safe go with the other glasses if it makes you fell better.

  2. There is a slight magnification on the gunner which is "designed for gaming" but in realty it doesn't make that much of a difference other than making the screen slight larger.

I have a pretty good router at my house, but it has very poor signal strength in my basement. Would I be able to use my old router as like a network extender of some sort? How would I go about setting this up?

I have tried this idea and it is simply very hard and impracticle to do. only specific routers can do it and it requires installing new firmware on the routerand it  adds a ton of latency and slows down the speed considerably. you would be better off running a ethernet cableor power over ethernet to your basement then to another a router

Couldn't find a place for this, so I put it in General Discussion.

Anyway, I've been looking around at graphing calculators, and I cannot justify spending any money on something with hardware so laughably, horrendously, absurdly outdated.

Yes, I know a graphing calculator doesn't have to be a supercomputer, but there's absolutely room for improvement.

To spare you an extended rant, I find it difficult to believe that not a single company has made a reasonably advanced graphing calculator in any way, shape, or form.... But I just can't find anything. Have any of you guys seen one?

What is your definition of 'advanced'? All a calculator has to do is solve simple and slightly more complex algebra equations and be able to graph and display shapes. There is no reason to waste money on more ' advanced' hardware

  5. Hi,

So Linus just released his DIY Tabletop computer (on youtube at least) and I was wondering if you guys had any changes in mind that Linus should change whenever he can (whether thats part 2 or another version of his DIY Table) for the Table computer. My suggestion is an aesthetic one , I think it would be really cool if they could make small loops of hard line pipes that run outside the side of the table and then go back in to the table again.

    What do u guys think?
