  1. nice whats the ETA for your recovery cant wait to see more also from above about inspiring people you inspired me to try and do a watercooling build if i have the money
  2. nice never seen delivery that fast have fun would love to see the build log
  3. many waterblock manufactures have made water blocks for various DCUII cards and they probably wont change that
  4. here it says on the 27/9 for Australians don't think it will be any different from you guys overseas http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=24729
  5. why don't you put a 360mm radiator in the front?
  6. run around the house cursing why i stubbed my toe and thinking that the couch or the item that i stubbed my toe on jumped out of no where
  7. but i'm fine with my storage as it is i can wait for loading times when i'm first booting, but an SSD does seem like a good upgrade but i need to hold out
  8. well it can be water cooled and it actually seems easier to do in this case i can put a 360mm radiator in the front and then a 240 in the top which is 500mm worth of radiator and then i can put the pump and the resivior behind where the power supply is in the other compartment so i will only have two tubes going from one radiator to the CPU block and then to the other radiator from the CPU block so they will only be visible, its my aim to keep the loop as clean as possible
  9. well i would like to sell the power supply as its pretty dodgy and non modular, the motherboard has a brown PCB and usually under reports the voltage going to the CPU which can make overclocking more frightening because you don't know that the voltage that you want to go to the CPU is going to the CPU
  10. my turtle beaches only thing they were good for at the end of their life was a mic and headphones now i sitting here using the crappy mic on my laptop only when i need to skype call someone not letting me have game sound if i want to talk to them and then i use my apple ear buds which the wound quality is poor but what do you expect.
  11. i'm already extremely pushing the budget with my plans to upgrade above in the original post and they are pretty cheap its about $100 for 2 TB, but how much do you think someone will pay for a 500W corsair power supply and a Asrock Z77 extreme 4 i'm thinking $140-$160 max for both?
  12. Well i am planning to get a corsair carbide 540 air, i have wanted this case day one it has come out and i don't have the money right now to do much with this problem, well i have 4 harddrives in my current system it may seem like alot of space but 3 of them are 150GB each and the fourth one is 372GB which is a weird amount when i first installed it. Well it has come to my knowledge that the 540 air case that i want to get has only 2 mounts for 3.5" hard drives, i can fit everything i have onto 2 hard drives which is fine but may take a while to do and thats only with 180GB to spare so my options are get the case and put one of these in http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=24587 so the i can have a harddrive inside the 5.25" bays and the other one being occupied by a fan controller and fill the other 2 spaces with the current harddrives i have or keep everything and try and find a way to ghetto mount a 3.5" drive inside the 4 tool-free 2.5" bays. this will be a temporary fix i will later on get a 2-3TB drive and then an SSD as i font have one but i can likely salvage one from a laptop in the next year or buy a 256 GB Samsung or other cheaply priced SSD once i get the money for it, if you want to see the system i am planning to upgrade here it is it is quite expensive but its well worth it http://i.imgur.com/0JVB3P4.jpg?1

(Generated by PCPartPicker 2013-08-11 04:35 EDT-0400) you might with the rest of the money want to do watercooling EDIT: didn't see your post above with your monitors you might want to get ips panels as your video editing and you might need the colors and this is a sugestion so you can change to a 4770K if you want you will just have to swap out the respective parts
  15. 9000 release mainly because if you buy something like a 780 and then amd release a cheaper better card you will be kicking yourself so just wait it out
  16. http://www.frozencpu.com/products/21014/ex-pmp-245/EK_D5_X-Top_Pump_Top_w_D5_Vario_Pump_-_Black_Acetal_EK-D5_Vario_X-TOP_-_Plexi_incl_pump.html?tl=g30c107s1802 this one looks pretty good on its own, this one is the stock pump on its own http://www.frozencpu.com/products/2128/ex-pmp-27/Swiftech_MCP655-B_12v_Water_Pump_w_38_Conversion_Kit_317_GPH.html?tl=g30c107s1802 you can get this res http://www.frozencpu.com/products/16074/ex-res-367/Bitspower_Dual_Single_D5_Top_Upgrade_Kit_150-_Clear_BP-D5TOPUK150AC-CLCL.html?tl=g30c107s152 as a top upgrade kit which means that it will go ontop of the pump will work with the last pump that i included above. basicly get whatever res fits your budget and what fits your space requirements
  17. it can be, but the D5 is more powerful and im pretty sure has a long mean time before failure
  18. the pump combo that you have its not a reliable in the long run because you don't have a lang D5 pump they are one of the most reliable pumps out their this is the equivalent res with the diffrent pump sorry it doesn't have the clear bar at the top if you really want it keep the one you have http://www.frozencpu.com/products/16144/ex-res-372/XSPC_Dual_525_Bay_Black_Reservoir_-_w_D5_Variant_Pump_Installed.html?tl=g30c107s152
  19. right now my computer looks terrible because of the crappy case that i have that happend to come with a side window (not a big one) and no space behind the motherboard try, my fix to this is just putting it under my desk until i get my corsair 540 air
