Very impressed by the iPhone 11. However I am disappointed that we didn’t get new Macs or new AirPods.

Also my 8 Plus isn’t going anywhere.

Im kind of shocked the "pro" didn't bring USB-C to iPhone. I was hoping for that.

I could have told you the iPhone wasn’t getting USB-C.

I might get one just for fun

I might get a used apple watch now that the new one is out. The older one's will become cheaper I hope.

I loved my 8+. Only reason I upgraded is my internals were damaged due to sub zero temperatures so my video recording and microphone capabilities stopped working. Snagged myself a XS for 4K video recording and while I'm still not a fan of the notch, it makes a great mobile beatmaker/recorder.

Still have the 8+ and use it as a massive iPod so I can't receive phone calls when I'm at the gym.

USB-C will probably come with the 12 or 13 iPhone as lightning is still a fine connection for power/data delivery.

I agree the lack of new Macs was disappointing. I was hoping for a standard Macbook to come back as a sub $1k option for students, but maybe next year.

I don’t think Apple is interested in making a MacBook for less than $1K.

They view an iPad as a more logical laptop replacement for that price range.

Potentially. Maybe I'm just waxing nostalgic for when I snagged a Mac Mini (with student discount) for $500 and wish Apple would bring back a lower end device for people who want MacOS on a budget  so that poor college students can get acclimated to the environment and later upgrade to more expensive models as they become professionals.

Toss out a dual core 4GB DDR3 128GB SSD/500GB 5400RPM HDD model with a small I/O for people that really just want to use Safari, Pages, iMessage, and other low power tasks in the Mac ecosystem.
