  1. my router is the ac86u and after setting up the tailscale on Windows 10 (For now) it seems to get a connection but uses relay. My isp gives me a static ipv4 address. i don't fully understand why it can't connect to the tailscale directly and even tried port forwarding too. The client device trying to connect to my tailnet is behind cgant so could it be that, when I use tailscale staus is shows relay. Might it be winodws fireall or is it a router issue, Any help is welcome. Thanks
  2. Does anyone know how Arc is or works well on Unraid. I was thinking about using the A380 for transcoding. Thanks
  3. Hi, all. So I am coming from the 3700x to the 5900x using the x370 gaming k7 and since using the new CPU I check some R20 scores so I know where it should be and I am getting a low (ish) number. Around 8000. It seems though that other good reviewers on YT are anywhere around 8300 and 8700. I don't know if it's a chip issue or motherboard thing. I am trying to learn how to use the PBO in the bios but seems like core 4 is crashing all the time when using CoreCycler even at negative -30 and -0 Would anyone be able to guide me on how I can do a overclock using PBO as I don't want to do an all core manual OC if it affects single core. I do think it can do 4.4GHz or 4.5GHz at 1.35v Thanks Please do forgive me if I do lack the knowledge of some of the overclock settings.
  4. Have tried it also, seems like I need some vrm cooling but can't seem anything that'll work.
  5. Do you think I should get a better fan which is not the one which came with the G10 as It may do better, just thinking about it.
  6. no, it's the G10. Oh right
  7. Thanks, and it does have a 92mm fan on it at 100% fan speed and still does not work that well
  8. Any good vrm heatsinks for the R9 290X
  9. Not that big, small but I had thought it would do okay.
  10. Hi, I've decided to water cool my R9 290X with an all in one water cooler but after attaching some small heatsinks to the vrm they are still getting very hot (85c to 90c) during benchmarks. I think it's okay in games but I still want to get it cooled better, the GPU die itself is fine. Any better heatsinks for them. It does have a fan on top of them too as It's the kraken G10 I'm using. Thanks
  11. Oh, right I think I am understanding it now. How would I find the average bottom 1% though if the numbers are all over the place. Thanks
  12. Hi, all. I have seen a lot of videos now using 1% & 0.1% Lows for their graphs. But I still don't really understand what it means. I get that low, average and max fps is not the best way to show fps. And also that it is better to have frames that are more consistent within frame timings or it will look like it is lagging or stuttering but I am still confused about it. Wondering if someone can help me out understand it more. Thanks
  13. Oh okay then. Thanks
  14. oh right okay then and thanks I will look on the EK waterblock too. Thanks
  15. Oh cool and oh, so the back plate which comes with the cooler will not fit it. Do you know where the best place to buy one from. Thanks
