I have 350 dollar to spend, so I'm thinking in a Asus Maximus VII Hero with Corsair Vengeance Pro Series 16GB and a Samsung XP941 (this M.2 i just bought it), I have no idea in the GPU.

It's just SLI'd 760's. This'll have the same SLI scaling issues as two seperate cards.

If I were you, I'd upgrade to a stronger single GPU, less heat output thus less power needed.

The problem with SLI is you run into compatibility and/or scaling issues in games - you may get 100%, 80%, or 30% scaling. Therefore, it's recommended you use a single, more powerful GPU and use SLI/Crossfire at a later date or continue upgrading to a single, more powerful GPU.

Yes bro, you can SLI the same GPU. GTX 760 with another 760.

If you have X79 or X99, you can 3-way SLI them

Yes. You can do three way SLI with a GTX 760. It can be any 760 - MSI, EVGA, ASUS, etc. It just won't necessarily look symmetrical.
