1) USB Type A port = Female: 12.5mm long, 5.12mm width
2) Audio Jacks = roughly 6mm in diameter (the actual jack that the audio cable plugs into), otherwise, the end of the cable is, I presume, 3.5mm
3) 3.5 inch front panel slot = 102mm x 119mm x 25mm
 
Hope this helps  Really looking forward to how this pans out, as I really like the Case Labs SMA8, but don't have the money to afford it, so this MAY be a possible work around to that  

VS series are waaaaaay worse than CX

Easiest and cheapest for you would be HDMI to composite. Analog to analog active adapters can get bulky and expensive.
SCART was a connector that looks somewhat like VGA but much bigger. It also carries audio. It's more common in Europe. Most devices that have a composite output come with a composite to scart adapter. 

This topic is called 'Show off your overclocks with G3258' and not 'Show off your fancy Haswell-E CPUs with horsepower that you probably don't need at all'.

Everything in your build is great price to performance wise and is in the sweet spot for gaming at 1080p. If you don't plan on upgrading to a 1080p monitor, then I would downgrade the GPU because the GTX 760 is overkill for 768p.
