I switched from a Windows dual boot to a Linux single boot recently and I have some nitpicks. > You will take a performance hit of some sort whether its negligible or extreme. Not really. I noticed a 5-10 FPS boost in Overwatch and a more stable and slightly higher FPS in Nier Automata after moving to Linux. This isn't always the case, but more often than not I've gotten higher FPS in Linux compared to Windows. >You will not be playing games that require Anti-Cheat Software. Mostly EAC I think? Squad's EAC works on Proton while Fall Guys doesn't etc. You gotta check your games in ProtonDB to be sure though. > NVIDIA has horrible xorg configuration, whether that matters to you or not, depends on if you ever need to manually adjust something. This is distro dependent. I've never had problems in Arch (Manjaro) or Fedora with Nvidia drivers. I've never gotten Ubuntu to work and always came across some problem with Nvidia drivers there. Everything else is pretty spot on.

Do you have a source for this? Not trying to be argumentative but I'm curious. Maybe it's one of the reasons Keller left.

Ah the XMP profile I activated from the BIOS/EasyTune.
-
What do you mean? My RAM freq. In the pic is 1499 which is basically 1500 MHz. It's Double Data Rate so 3000 MHz. I just used the built in XMP since I haven't had time to manually dial in a RAM OC. As an update on my stable frequency I got 4.1GHz on a +0.204V adjustment in the UEFI. You can maybe start from there and adjust up and down as you wish.
-
While that's true, trying to find your stable voltage in the first place is easier with manual voltages. Also I think the AMD Cool & Quiet feature gets disabled when you do a manual overclock anyways so the voltages don't go down. Need to verify that last part though. EDIT: It seems like I was talking out of my ass. Using offsets still let your mobo scale the voltage up and down. My bad.

What he said about ditching EasyTune HOWEVER I recommend OCing from Ryzen Master instead of BIOS. You can't set voltages in the BIOS, only offsets from what I can find so far. Here is a post on the Gigabyte forums of people complaining about the lack of manual voltage controls. Ryzen Master allows you to set voltages in AMD's own steps. I have the same setup to the OP except for the RAM and GPU. I got 4.3 GHz at 1.25V with an aftermarket cooler (Cryorig H5 Ultimate). Not sure about stability as I just OCed it moments ago (CPU-Z screenshots to show relevant info) Pictures below

At least the officials here are "actively" coming after those who evade taxes (their pockets are running empty)

I prefer the first game over the Anime. To understand the second season with it's dual arcs and all you need to play the second game.

International companies who wish to do business in Indonesia are required to make a subsidiary here. OnePlus is not allowed to be sold officially through retail stores because they do not have a child company here or whatever. Spotify had to make a "Spotify Indonesia" company AFAIK. This supposedly allows them to also help the Indonesian economy grow and also to avoid tax evasion (theoretically)
-
Lol I'm sorry. I'm new to this. How do I change it for better visibility?

In line with the many many tax evasion reports recently like the one about Apple in Japan and Europe, Google has allegedly been evading taxes from "advertising revenue" in Indonesia. Google however responded with a statement that they are cooperating with the tax office. Source(s): Reuters KitGuru My opinion: This is probably a way to scare the local companies to abide by tax laws since most of the time a lot of local companies don't follow them (very well). Maybe this is the government trying to show "We're not scared to go after these giants. You all better pay your taxes or we might slap your wrists harder than usual."

Keyboard is the shitty one bundled with the G100s, Mouse is G402 and I use a very old pair of speakers from Altec Lansing. I just really need the keyboard

Currently have a GTX 770 that just came back after it's second trip to the repair shop. I want an upgrade because the same fan dying is getting annoying

IronPython, which is just Python running on the .NET Framework can work with C# programs so if you have a complex program that you want "Scripting" for, you can combine those two together
