I've been hanging my AD700 off a similar hook for over a year or 2
right now its off a cheap plastic shop clamp. clamped off a shelf

it may look fragile but that wire is 2 or 3 times stronger than coat hanger wire and it bends back to shape

Should be fine as long as they don't fall.

I run a pfsense box. Most stable thing ever. I also use a crap netgear router as my AP. I had a decent netgear wndr3500 (i think) but unfortunately. it got destroyed by lightning

I have an Asus ac66u and I'm happy with it.
With so many devices you should really get a $200-250 dollar router.

What's your budget? I'd go with the D-Link AC3200 because, well just look at it:

But if you don't need 3.2Gbps, pretty much any Wireless-AC router should suit you fine.

I lean to higher end Net Gear routers. I cant speak for the longevity as I tend to get a new one about every year because I like new shit. All the models I have had worked out the box, plug n play. beyond that the software for traffic prioritization was easy to set up and firmware was always easy to upgrade. zero issues and great connectivity.

There is also an AC version and it doesn't look like a robot from transformers.

I upgraded from a Dir-655 aswell, I got the Asus RT-N56, its got 5 ghz and 2.4ghz. Two people in the house could be watching netflix in 1080p and I wouldn't even notice. I have 3 consoles, 3 laptops, a desktop pc, homeserver, 4 phones, 2 tablets, printer, and a second wireless router, all connected to the RT. I only have to restart it about 1 every two months cause of the shitbox one complaining that the nat type is closed.

One thing to mention, if you plan on using game stream of any sort, you have to be pretty much standing beside it, the 5ghz has a real terrible range.

Should be fine. Most headphone holders are really just a hanger.

Is it just a thing attached to a wall that the headband hangs off?

It'll be fine for sure if that's the case, provided it doesn't fall off.

I have an actual headphone stand for mine, but I don't really use it that much anymore.  I usually just have a pad on my desk that I lay my headphones on when I'm not using em, off to the side of my desk.

I enjoy the videos even the newer style videos, but I do miss the older unboxings review style instead of the newer format, maybe it just feels more like a product review vs a personal review for the product..

that aside, I find the videos for other things such as the PAX coverage really lackluster. the videos feel more like a sneak peak on the product rather then actual coverage..why show off 2-3 indie games? if your gonna show games, SHOW games..the product coverage at PAX just feel like a quick name placement, almost nothing intresting/informational
