  1. A modern I5 running at 100% is not unheard of but definitely not normal if you are just playing games. What games are you playing? and what is using your CPU during the game?
  2. Yes it should manage a GTX 1060 or 1070 just fine. Even the higher end cards are fine but at some point you are gonna run into a IPC with some games.
  3. The reason you would maybe want a higher transfer speed is if you want to transfer internally in your house at a certain rate. This however is super unpractical for a wireless extender and is something I wouldn't even consider. Since your internet speed is 40 mbps I would just go for the one that fits your budget so the 150 or 300 one.
  4. For 1080P, sure. Games these days do ask a bit more of Vram than a couple years ago but you'll be fine with most games.
  5. As far as I can tell the laptop only has a Type C USB 3.1 port and not Thunderbolt support which is required for an external GPU.
  6. I think these issues are all crossfire related as crossfire is a pretty fucked thing at this point. You have the white flickering issues while running one GPU? Also, honestly a FX8350 is pretty low end by today's standards I wouldn't be surprised if that could be an issue here.
  7. This would be fine if then the ram works with each other. Some sticks just have issues with each other and don't work and there is no real way to know for sure. You could also OC the 3000Mhz kit to 3200Mhz but this wouldn't be a grantee that it works as the OC might not pull through.
  8. Well you should start of with giving us a bit more information. Did you change anything in your system recently? Updated any drivers? What GPU is currently active it might be the IGPU. What is your current setup. Have you checked the Crossfire profile?
  9. The Xeon one is the superior one here. Higher clocks, Newer node, more cache and lower TDP.
  10. Speaking from experience here. Personally got the AOC AG271QX standing right of front of me right now. The size is just perfect as you can fit anything on it while it not being uncomfortably large requiring head movement to look around. Desk space might be a thing to consider.
  11. Would go for the I7 one since it has 16GB's which these days can be quite useful for multi-tasking. Also 1060 is fine for all the games you just listed and the laptop seems overall just plain better and balanced.
  12. Got a R9 290 here with 94C for about 16 hours and still going strong for the past 4.5 Years *knock on wood*. Should be fine.
  13. Yes you should be as long as you have a sufficient PSU with a single 6 pin.
  14. It will work. Everything from PCI-E 2.0 8x and up will support the current generation of GPU's without bottlenecks.
  15. I wouldn't take a HTC phone. While not a inherently bad phone it doesn't do anything great. The Redmi Note 5 is a good phone and I definitely recommend it. Some other phones to consider. -LG G6, greatly reduced in price since launch, has nice screen, Great DAC for audio and great camera's and a SD821. 7.0 -Moto X4 Is also a great phone but can't really comment on what specifically. Android 7.1 -Huawei P20 Lite Looks like a iphone X but then also the iphone X looks really nice. Features a fingerprint scanner and newest version of Android 8.0 with up to date specs. Also little side note while looking for a phone. Phone's and benchmarks don't really matter these days. They used to but Qualcomm has come a long way and anything with a SD620+ or SD820+ will run smooth only will make a couple milliseconds difference at most.
  16. Would definitely watch out and if it happens again contact LG. Nothing you can do about it but it could just be a one time thing.
  17. Moto G5 has a pretty large screen with a good camera and decent battery. Nokia 3 or 5 is a option as well if your carrier has it and can deal with the current stigma against the company. Samsung J3 is pretty decent but has the bad update policy and laggy software with both the moto and nokia lineups having stock android. I would suggest you read/watch some reviews on said phones. I'm assuming Huawei isn't a option? What are the odds you live in the US idk
  18. Should be fine with the dual monitors part as long as the motherboard has the available ports. Though I would advice against the 21:9 25" monitor. While it is nice the 25" part worries me. If you compare it to a 16:9 24" monitor it is a bit wider but the height is doesn't even come close which would be awful for any productive PC. A 29" Ultra wide is the same height as a 16:9 24" and would be a overal way better experience. You should really look at one IRL if you haven't already, before pulling the trigger on it.
  19. Doens't really matter. You can research it yourself. It's called push and pull and is heavily debated which is the correct method to use. LTT Vid about it.
  20. You had this issue before the overclock? What game are you trying to play? Got any advanced settings on that will fuck you gpu up like SMAA or upscaling?
