    The AT2020 as others have stated above is by far the best mic for your money. It sounds sexy as hell and is an absolute steal for that price! Perfect for what you want to use it for.

    I have a 4670k overclocked to 4.2Ghz and its absolutely fantastic for gaming. I don't know what people are talking about saying Haswell sucks for gaming...
     
    The GPU is still way more important for gaming especially when you're talking about CPUs of this price bracket and performance range.

    Go for the highest clock speeds with the lowest cas latency at the cheapest price. I personally use Ripjaws in my own rig but ram is ram. If all else fails just go with the cheapest 1600/1866 @ CL9 you can find.

    FYI many many posts about this have already been made. A quick search would give you the answer.
     
    With that said... every configuration will have somewhat of a bottleneck. Whether the bottleneck will be noticeable depends on the parts you pick. 
     
    I your specific case the answer is no. There will not be a noticeable bottleneck with an 8350 and a 780Ti
