  1. Tried that, my wii u and chromecast work on all the ports
  2. Hi, I'm asking for help here because I have no other options left. So I recently decided to move my PS4 to the basement, only to find that the PS4 refuses to send an hdmi signal to that specific TV. At the moment, the PS4 works with every TV in the house except for this TV, and it even used to work with this TV at one point in time. Here's what I've tried, all to no avail: Different HDMI cable Different port on the TV Restarting the TV Unplugging the TV, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in (some people on a forum said that worked) Manually setting the resolution to various resolutions (1080p, 1080i, 720p, 480p - it's a 1080p TV) Disabling HDCP and HDMI device link Updating the PS4 Updating the TVs firmware (there is none available) Factory resetting the TV Booting into safe mode (still no signal) I've tried contacting playstation support, only for them to tell me it's not the PS4s fault since it works on my other TVs I'm completely clueless and would appreciate any ideas that you might have. Btw, the TV is a Sanyo DP46841 1080p 46" TV from 2011 Thanks in advance
  3. Wouldn't you have had to give your email address when arranging the RMA? They shouldn't have to ask you for your address. Also, "It is ready to be ship"...yeah no. Definitely not real. And gmail shows the sender's picture next to the email address, not your's. Meaning they copied your picture. Idk why
  4. If you are going to get a 7700K, make sure to also get a motherboard that supports overclocking. The B250M chipset does not - you'll have to get a Z270 board for that. I made that mistake when building my first PC a couple of years ago.
  5. Linus mentioned in a Floatplane forum post that they're currently planning on finishing by the end of July, which is a full month ahead of their original schedule.
  6. Samsung's marketing is almost as ridiculous as Apple's. "We've moved the home button under the infinity display" - You have on-screen buttons. Get over yourself.
  7. Perhaps it's not a problem with the semi-colon. The thing that stood out to me was that the function is promising to return a variable with the type of View, while the variable you return is of the type ImageView. That might be what's causing the error. I'm not familiar with what either of those are, and thus don't know if they are interchangeable, but it seems like that could be part of the problem. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
  8. At the top it says "ImageView view;", meaning that it is declaring a variable. So view is a variable.
  9. You don't need to buy that unless you plan on taking apart prebuilt systems. Your case will only have phillips head screws.
  10. Just a phillips head (possibly a flathead as well) screwdriver (I'm not sure what size, but in my experience it doesn't really matter) and an anti-static wrist strap (optional - I've never used it and have never had any problems, just plug your power supply into a grounded outlet and touch it every once in a while to remove static electricity)
  11. I am currently using clay keys attached to a makey makey. I need a new keyboard because I have flattened it so much that the entire keyboard has become one giant W key.
  12. I don't think you understand. It's a 1900 Mbps router. Simple math will show that it can handle over 30 computers at 60 Mbps.
  13. Hi, So a couple of days ago I built a computer for my brother. I also ran Ethernet to his room from the router. After this, my internet speed has gone down from 60 Mbps (full speed) to around 0.2 Mbps, even when his computer is not being used (still on). I did some diagnostic testing and found i this much. 1. He is on gigabit, I am on 100 Mbps 2. When limiting his computer to 100 Mbps (using a 100 Mbps USB 2.0 to Ethernet adapter), my internet works at full speed 3. His internet works at full speed on both gigabit and 100 Mbps Any thoughts or suggestions on how to fix this? I had the idea of buying myself a PCIe gigabit adapter,do you know whether that will work or not? Additional Information: Our max internet speed from our ISP is 60 Mbps I do not have a gigabit adapter that I can use for diagnostic testing I do not wish to continue to use the USB to Ethernet adapter, it is currently being used elsewhere. Both computers are using the same type of Ethernet cable (cat5e) Our computers are the only devices i kept on the network for diagnostic testing I am not using any sort of network switch on either of the computers (modem -> router -> computers) We are both currently using the Ethernet ports built into our motherboards Router: Netgear Nighthawk R7000 AC1900 Router My PC Specs: Intel Core i5-4690K ASUS GTX 770 2GB GDDR5 Corsair CX600 600 Watt Power Supply 8 GB Crucial Ballistix Sport RAM OCZ Arc 100 240GB SSD WD Black 1TB Hard Drive MSI B85M-G43 Micro-ATX Motherboard My PC Specs: AMD FX-6300 MSI GTX 960 4GB GDDR5 EVGA 600B 600 Watt Power Supply 8 GB HyperX Fury RAM Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB SSD WD Black 1TB Hard Drive Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro-ATX Motherboard
