Well, 90% finished I still have some things to add / change / remove. I need to sleeve remaining psu cables ( sata / molex ) and change some wires that connect case psu conector with Seasonic psu connector. I hope that i will do this in upcoming 2 - 3 weeks, as i plan to go to vacation, and i won't be back untill September.

Yes, i plan to develop a code that will allow that, also i will insert ambiental temperature value into my algorithm, so fan speeds and temperature limits will adapt to room temperature and adjust itself automatically. But to be honest with you, these eLoops are absolutely quiet at 600RPM, and they can easily move air thru radiator, which is keepeng my temps around 43 degrees Celsius in 24/7 full system load, while in gaming, lets say 1080p maxed out Witcher 3, i can barely hear my rig working
