    Just finished a new build. Plugged into the monitor, it shows a connection but then just a black screen and it goes to sleep. Tried to plug my RGB USB keyboard and it doesn't light up. What's wrong with my PC? Help.

    I had the same problem as you, and emailed them about it. Turns out it is only for pre-built systems, no stand alone products. Email back from them: That's correct. No stand alone products but complete computer systems from specific OEM Vendors.     Meanwhile at my school in hong kong... All secondary students have a macbook pro retina, all primary students have iPads, the design classrooms have some old iMacs, and the film editing department has a few 5k iMacs.

    As a mac user previously, I am not familiar with the language settings on windows. I have enabled traditional chinese and changed the input method to bopomofo, but when I type the pin yin, I get no candidate list for the possible words to choose from. When I try with simplified, it does include the list of words underneath what I type. Did I miss something or is this feature not enabled in traditional only? Thanks!

    Hmmm, I had the exact opposite problem. My 390 was stuck at 100% no matter what, even when changing TriXX or Afterburner.

    Nope. I tried that just now, and I still have the same problem. I haven't tried gaming after installing the new update, but it seems even watching youtube videos will cause it to blue screen.

    Yesterday, I installed the new drivers from amd. I used DDU to remove the previous AMD driver and installed software crimson. After a smooth installation process, I decided to look around Radeon Control. But every time I click on the gaming tab, my PC blue screens, giving the error code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (atikmdag.sys). Does anyone know why this is happening, and a way to fix it?
