    yours is NVENC pascal
     
    but since you have a 3600, you dont have much CPU headroom to run games as well as OBS, so just go with NVENC

    well exept quality, x264 is normally a bit better in quality, esp with a fast cpu.
     
     
    But why not test it and see what works best for you?

    looks like your mb has all the of rgb/argb headers so just download the rgb software.

    Read the manual for the board. From the quick glance I had at it you need to enable it in the BIOS. Don't no what rev your board is but I'm assuming that it's the same no matter what.
