  1. If this was in the UK, id totally go - why oh why do you have to be in Canada! You should do virtual tickets like they do at blizcon Is this going to be a yearly thing? Should I start saving up for a trip to Canada for next year?
  2. I really liked it but there are a couple of things I would have changed. I would have liked it to been a bit longer (13-15 seconds) and as others have mentioned, the catch phrase at the end could be improved to be more catchy! other than that, its great. Well done!
  3. Well done Linus and everyone else over at the Linus Media Group. I find it really inspiring how you have started everything up from scratch and made a living doing what you love. I have been subscribed to you for a long time now and I always watch every new video as you release them as I love your quality content. You know what? I'm not normally one for audiobooks but screw it. Guess il sign up for a free trial. Every little helps! I wish you all the best in the coming years. Chris
  4. My favourite thing about this phone has to be the many different ways you can customise the phone to work for you e.g. been able to make changes to the software buttons and been able to use 2 apps next to each other - great for a power user!

  6. Aye you really where helpful. I like to think of myself of been good with computers as I have built a few now but when this wouldnt work I felt really stupid as if I was missing something really obvious. I came on here because I know you guys are really helpful and im glad that we both had the eame ideas as to what could be wrong and that I tried all the things suggested so at least we are on the same page. Im not sure if It will be worth buying a new motherboard considering the prices. Im thinking it may just be a good idea to buy a cheap amd processer and a new board as I can probs get one for cheaper then the cost of a new board.. or even just anew I5 or something? Thanks for the links and all your help, really appreciate it
  7. I am really sad that it is not working. I was just going to run it on a test bench and run some VMs on it etc :( Would you recommend another motherboard? I cant see any decently priced boards for that socket, they all seem really expensive considering I meant that I had another motherboard and psu running to power the gpu on the other board (cpu and everything else was still on the main board, I just wanted to see if there was anything wrong with the cable to power the gpu) Sorry on slow reply didnt knw there was a second page of replys lol
  8. I have just tried again using the origional graphics card and grabbed a space vga only moniter and tried using vga to vga and still the same thing. I have also covered everything on the HPs website without any luck I am in the Uk btw:) I have also phone hp with no luck... they said because it is an old system, they wont speak to me without me handing over some cash.
  9. I originally had to stop using it because it kept overheating but I did try that earlier and it had the same issue
  10. at that time I was using hdmi to hdmi. The same thing happens when you use dvi (where as then it says no dvi connected) I have done this for vga, hdmi and dvi all saying the same thing. On the moniter, you tell it which to use (hdmi, dvi or vga) and thats when it says there isnt anything connected.. I have gone round each mode and still the same issue. I can then connect that moniter to a working pc and everything is fine again
  11. There is no hdd plugged in atm. I have just connected one and I can hear/feel it spinning The screen is just blue with a message on the screen saying hdmi no cable connected and then it goes black in to powersaving mode
  12. 1) Fans arent loud at all. You can here them when they turn on but they really loud. I would probs say about a 5 2) I have tried on 3 separate monitors all of which I use on a daily basis for my normal setup 3) Only things that are plugged in are the Power for the motherboard and cpu and power to the gpu (and cpu fan) 4) It is in correctly. To be safe, I have even tried another psu and motherboard to try the power from that and still no luck thanks for helpingbtw
