  1. Thx for your reply Well, i have 2 more PCs that i can use during maintenance so, the maybe 1 day of "offtime" doesnt matter but it would be an option to make the rig "mobile". but i got a LAN-Rig that is aircooled... =)
  2. The flowrate is ~60L/h on low settings. (50Hz Pump) and around 120L/h on 82Hz. It is more than enough, and on low setting, you cant hear the pump at all i dont have a decible meter, but i dont care what the others say ^^ me and friends know that it is silent
  3. Just Cableties The HIS Heatsink was fitting just fine with the noctuas. i removed the fans from the heatsink and tied the noctuas against it. worked awesome!
  4. Who says that you are the scale for what is needed? "640 kB ought to be enough for anybody." (but disclaimed by Gates). "You don't need more than a Dualcore Pentium to Game" -> CoD AW? Won't even start without hacks...
  5. Do you sit close to a wall? ^^

    Rate your ISP!

Kabeldeutschland (Cable Germany) 100Mbit/s Down, 6Mbit/s Up. But in the last weeks I had some problems and the connection wasn't stable @ all. So I ordered a second connection via DSL 50Down/10Up (Tcom) and upgraded my Network with a dual WAN Router =) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G1C-xJXh1hI
  12. Yea. But the question was not about performance, it was about compatibility =)

So guys it's time for me to go. I will be leavi…

Why would one leave? Just hang around if you feel like it. Or do you want to delete your profile?
  14. But those could not run @ 250-450rpm and thats why they would be too loud
  15. Dudes. I dont want to be harsh  ... but you don't seem to read the first post. I dont want to know if "normal crossfire" works on X58 - I know, I had a HD4890 Crossfire - or if my CPU would bottleneck and so on. My Board is from 2009 - There was no PCIe 3.0 and "new" Crossfre without Bridges. So it might be that the PCIe 2.0 standard does not support BridgelessCrossfire. I googled some time and some people with X58 Chipset (Asus, EVGA and so on) have problems to get crossfire with 290(X) to work, some don't. I know that it should work in theory, but a lot of the times it doesn't work. So I wanted to know if somebody of this community with X58 Gigabyte Boards got the 290 running in Crossfire. Thx
  16. I was thinking about getting a 2nd 290 and in march I would upgrade to X99 8-Core anyways But that would only make sense if CF would def. work on my current platform. I am note sure if there is so much Bottleneck with 4GHz when playing @6000x1200. Most of my games are GPU Limited right now
  17. Hey dudes and dudeeens. Did anyone get a R9-290 Crossfire running on X58 Platform? Some ppl say it works, some say the new bridgeless crossfire would not work flawlessly on X58 / PCIe 2.0 Did someone of you know for fact if GA-EX58-UD5 (Bios F12) and AMD R9-290(x) work in Crossfire fine?
