EpicNeuron got a reaction from don_svetlio in Nvidia's Domination of the Market - This is Bad
This graph makes it look a lot worse then it should be look how the graph is drawn.. but besides that indeed AMD has a hard time now and i dont understand why.. Almost their whole line up has a better value then nvidia's.

EpicNeuron got a reaction from Nup in Temporary graphics card or wait..
A few weeks ago i send my gtx 970 back ( because of the 3,5 g vram thing), this was because i was angry and wasn't thinking .
I want a new graphics card but not a 970. Amd's new line up is rumoured to come in june, this is a few months from now and i don't have the patience to wait. so...
what do you think should i for example buy a 750.. or just suck it up and wait?

EpicNeuron got a reaction from johnnysgaming2 in R9 270x or GTX 960?
Like the rest, get the 970 if you can afford it. If thats not the case i should wait for the 960. From what i've read its maybe even a better choice price/performance wise ( for a average gamer)

EpicNeuron reacted to typographie in Which i5 is the best ? considering price/performence
Benchmarks are run without framerate caps because otherwise the graphs plateau and that doesn't tell you anything useful about the hardware. Without a cap in place the hardware is able to run as hard as it can to produce whatever framerate it can, meaning either the CPU or GPU is going to bottleneck the other eventually. If it's a GPU benchmark, you want to use the fastest CPU you have available so differences between GPUs are easily distinguishable.
For 60 FPS gaming, any of these are fine. And any Haswell-based Core i5-4xxx is going to perform very, very similarly to another—those few hundred MHz account for very little in real-world gaming for a processor that's already so fast to start with.

EpicNeuron got a reaction from i_build_nanosuits in Which i5 is the best ? considering price/performence
That's what i also thought, i go with the i5 4590 then. it is only a few bucks more expensive then a 4460.
Thanks for the reactions!
