    Instead of the 960, buy an R9 280X, its the same price, and much more powerful.  That is actually one of the higher end R9 280Xs, definitely go for that model at that price.
     
    For PSU,
    XFX 550W Bronze
    The CX600M also goes on sale for around $40-$50 consistently.

    MUCH BETTER REFERENCE DESIGN AMD. Those last ones were AWFUL and looked cheap and budget. Glad they scrapped it and went with a r9 295 look.
     
    AMD has finally realized that the damn reference card is what is gonna be benchmarked/tested and put in articles over and over and over again.
     
     
    My r9 290 is overclocked. My 4770k is overclocked to 4.5ghz. I am on a 600 watt 50 dollar bronze corsair PSU. Want to mention the heat to? My card maxes at 75 C overclocked in a stock cooling 49 dollar Haf 912. That is when 4 gigs of VRAM are being used though....and amazingly it doesn't turn into a stutter fest. In a game like WoW at 3k? I am in the low 60'C lol.
     
     I guess we should still be talking about Fermi's problems and hold it against Nvidia forever ROFl.
