I have a 1-1.5 hour commute to work and i run an excavator for a living. So most of my day is spent listening to podcasts or audiobooks. And then there are chores. Which has been fine up until now. But i've plowed through the entire Horus heresy book series (61 books) And i'm now caught up on every podcast i listen to. Hell if the next book in the Siege of terra book series wasn't out today i'd be bored.

I live in a town with around 50.000 people in it. Imma move out to the countryside. two is a crowd.

With the ever dwindling time for tech in my life (And patience...) I bake, i cook, i go to clubs and pubs with friends and coworkers. Now that summer is here i go fishing and i go to the beach. I paint miniatures and write novels (Pen and paper... Yes i know.) I draw and read books. A friend of mine even drags me, kicking and screaming, to the gym... A lot. Hikes, Horseback riding, Kayaking is pretty fun. Staring eternally into the soul crushing abyss that is tinder, Home decorating, So many hobbies. So little time.

Probably a dinner at $25-ish? Other than that? Time i'll never see again.

I've gone a pretty simple route around the problem. I think about the culture of the people that speak it. Their origins. I find real world counterparts and i work around an existing language to find a structure (so to speak) to build the language around. One is like Maori, Another is similar to german. Etc. But only in structure. It doesn't sound like german or maori.

Fluent: English. Had to learn it in school. Now most of my day is spent thinking and speaking in english. (Lots of immigrants at job sites) Swedish. Lived here all my life. Might as well learn the language Danish. I'm half danish. Can hold a conversation: French. Took it in school. Trying to keep it from slipping out of my head. German. My grandmother and her family are german so i picked it up here and there. I also have german cousins. Japanese. Started out weebing. Now i'm learning kanji because i'm clearly not suffering enough. Learning: Russian. Started learning it on and off years ago. Now i may as well keep going since it may become our new language. Arabic. Mostly for fun. My old laborer was arabic and we greeted each other with "marhaban habibi" every morning. If you know you know. Spanish. Little by little. Also for fun. I've also gone mad enough to create a couple of languages for a fantasy series i'm working on. It is maddening. Not recommended.

I capitalize automatically. I also use punctuation and commas in casual conversation (Which some people think means i'm angry for some reason) I mean my pinkie spends 90% of its time on the shift key anyway. Might as well move it once in a while to limber it up.

Excavator operator for more than a decade. With some short stints in healthcare. It ain't glamourous, But man do i love my job for most of the time. And it pays reasonably well Freedom with responsibility. I get to see nature from a climate controlled cab. And lets be honest here. I get to play with 25 ton+ tonka toys on a regular basis. Might make the jump up to site manager one of these days. But i'm in no rush.

I use it for job hunting. But that has slowly become replaced by facebook of all things. And for just job hunting and keeping an eye on companies you like its not too bad. Socially i have no idea. (+ just adding old jobs and stuff to it and exporting a somewhat nice CV is a pretty good bonus)
