Hmmm rather odd, When you adding the ports to forward you are selecting the xbox one's ip address correct? -

From what I can find online, this is how to open up the ports the Xbox One uses. http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Technicolor/TC7200-U/Xbox_One.htm Make sure you have set the Xbox One to have a static IP with your router http://portforward.com/networking/static-ip-xbox-one/ -

New PC, RAM running low?
Parkerlife replied to CannedLobster's topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
You have to select the X.M.P profile in your motherboard bios, to access the bios depending on the motherboard will be to keep pressing either the 'del' or 'F2' key as soon as your pc starts to boot up. -
MotherBoard with 8-Pin and 6-pin CPU power
Parkerlife replied to xkingalexx's topic in Troubleshooting
The six pin socket on the motherboard is for if you are putting more than 2 graphics cards in the system -
What wireless router are you using? Has the router had a new firmware update recently?

[WIP] Nit3tingale, Corsair 750D build. (High res photos)
Parkerlife replied to Nit3Rid3R's topic in Build Logs
the backplate needs to be rotated as the colours shown in pic below -
http://kb.linksys.com/Linksys/ukp.aspx?pid=80&vw=1&articleid=17589 use this since you are conneting it to the wan port on the second router sharing the wireless connection with the local area connection on the main pc, setting up static ip for local (normally sets up one when you share the internet to the adapter) and setting its gateway to the ip address of the wireless adapter address and putting the dns address to the ip address of the main router then with ethernet cable to laptop setting the local area properties ip address to a static, subnet auto fills in, the gateway address to the ip address of the main rig lan ip address and the dns to the ip address of the router
-
when im sharing the internet between them, i find it just works no issues
-
most of the replies have been a method I used to connect two pcs and has worked perfectly and didnt see why it would be that much different for the router as such, now re-looking over some of them they weren't required and i apologise for them wish you had come along a tad sooner as you have more experience with the exact router in question
-
if you are using windows 7 then go to > control panel > network and sharing centre > change adapter settings > right click on local area connection and click on properties > click on internet protocol version 4 and then properties > 'Obtain an IP address automatically' needs to be selected if you want you can input the 'prefered dns server' to the ip address of the main router i assume windows 8 is very close to the same as windows 7
-
that would be right as it is then acting as a switch try using the internet on the pc with the lan port properties on the pc to 'obtain ip address automatically' how is the second router connected to the first btw?
