Asus Strix one is looking pretty badass, fully automated manufacturing for perfect OC , 3x fans , gigantic heat sinks and highly custominazable leds

They won't thermal throttle in most cases (get it?) on air, unless you've got really bad airflow in your case. Atleast on stock clocks

Sorry for my late response, Yeah, that was not the issue, Eventually i found it.
It happens to be x99-s ancient bios had an issue that was causing restarts, I updated bios and now its working perfectly fine. Also that ancient bios had ram issue where it would not see one stick of my 4-stick ram, Its also fixed with update. Thank you for your help, Im updating this not to necro but to inform anyone who would have same issue.

(Lol I wasnt excepting this but, 5820k, 16gb ram allows an ancient GPU like HD7850 to run battefield 4 on ultra setttings 1080p)

I did, I used very high amounts of diffrent voltage- speed values.
But interestingly, When i looked at bsod code, It is ram that caused BSOD not GPU, I dont know but my ram is going insane when i overclock GPU
