    100% horseshit

All the prices went up O_o. I'd say go with the cheaper option between the ACX 2.0, MSI TF V and Windforce X3

Then this is a much stronger build. Save up a bit more money for a decent CPU cooler and you can OC that thing a good way. Recommend the Nepton 240m/280L, NH-D15, 212 EVO

    Welcome to the forum!

Corsair Vengeance 1400 and HyperX Cloud are great choices, but they're slightly over your budget (Vengeance 1400 - 79.99$ on Corsair's website, HyperX Cloud - 89.99$ on Newegg) and unfortunately, they're both analog, or, they have 3.5mm cables, instead of USB cables. That being said, virtual surround, which is what you get with USB digital headsets, isn't really that great some people, personally I like it more than normal analog headsets now, but it's really a personal choice.
If you can find them, take a look at the Corsair Vengeance 1500v2. I have it, and I have to say that the sound quality is great, it has Dolby virtual surround (digital headset - USB cable), great microphone quality, nice software and they're pretty comfortable.

    Edit: I found Corsair Vengeance 1500v2 on Amazon for 70$ - http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-Dolby-Gaming-Headset/dp/B00EXPNFQO
