  1. Nope still crashing and bad scores on 3DMark .... 2k below original win10 drivers.
  2. Thank you so much !!! exacly whats been happening to me !!! ANd i think this fixed it, so far so good !!! It happens when chrome is live.
  3. Uhmm Not sure about that, On the new mobo i have now i re-installed windows and didn't have to put they key in since i logged into my Microsoft account, lol i cant remember the last time i had to use the cd key.
  4. Right so there are a few scratches around the screws on the back side, when i put the mobo in the first time around 8 months ago. worked for that long... I tried unplugging everything but i dont get a boot so i have no way to really install drivers. I RMA'ed it today, had a bit of an argument too with the shop since their terms and conditions stated and i quote " Upon a major fault the customer is allowed an exchange or refund" other wise return to manufacturer. The thing is the manager woulnt agree it was a major fault.... so i had to RMA it. What ideas you reckon ?
  5. Any chance you can geta screenshot of your config file and how uz where you added the line ?
  6. Hi Guys I have had my ASUS Saber tooth Mark 1 for 8 months. I was playing the new GTA V when suddenly the PC turned off. The on off button did not work and so i cycled power, saw the green led on and tried booting up no go. Here is what i tried. 1. Unplugged everything left PSU ram and CPU - No boot green light 2. Took out PSU tested with pin in green and black PSU boots. 3. Grabbed another motherboard plugged PSU in and motherboard boots 4. Got another PSU tested with Asus Mark1 green light on but no boot 5. Tried manual boot on asus mark1 with pins and wire - no boot 6. Got a new motehrboard, added the ram and cpu from mark 1 - all boots. (New PSU & Mobo) So cpu and ram is ok Basically no boot with sabertooth mark 1, only green led near the pcie slots is on when powered. Any help would be much appreciated, i know i have 5 years warranty on this but id rather not be without a motherboard for a month as my retailer will not do me a swap or a refund, only send to asus for repairs. This is the first time i have ever had an asus motherboard do this on me. Note: Heavy OC on the CPU, 4Ghz to 4.5Ghz, watercooled Heavy OC on Ram always red hot at 2333mhz Runs two GTX980s, had 2 GTX680s previously, always cleaned from dust. Nothing ever spilled on it. No other modifications done to it. No damage on the out side except to scratches behind motherboard near the screws, looks like its not near anything important. When putting board in the first time 8 months ago hasn't moved at all since then. Any help would be great

  10. Well thats the the thing i got helped with, i got tube that was smaller than the fitting and used boiling water to melt it a bit and fit it on. the fittigs have multiple barbs and the rubber tube has molded into it. Nothing is popping off. Plus when i had to take one off coas it was too long i had to cut, couldn't rip it off, its never going to get to boiling point too.
  11. It was really nice to build with so much room for activities
  12. Hi Everyone I joined the forums awhile back... long time ago. Were i asked the community about some tips for building a rig Here - http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/193355-upcoming-pc-upgrade-advice/ I then asked some tips on the water cooling aspect Here - http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/228368-water-cooling-check-list-corsair-900d/ So now after a long time due to (exams, work & reasons ) here is my build log with images Specifications of entire gaming station (I use it for work but its mainly for gaming but TAX deductible hehe ) (I made a spread sheet, here is a screenshot) And here is some progress pictures (Hopefully more or less in order) Thanks to everyone who helped me with getting the right parts especially the size of fittings and pipes big props Love Gaming on this now @1440p 144FPS @ ULTRA (Everything excpet AC: Unity) So since unit runs like dog and i average 70fps i decided to run a 10m HDMI Cable to my TV and a wireless XBOX controller with vsync on.
