UPDATE
New backgrounds!
 
So the build has been great on me, its doing everything as well as the games can utilize it, which is like 40% GPU and 25% CPU for Paladins  anyway i threw a message to @Joka232 asking about new backgrounds, he provided the old one with the awesome owl themed in orange and grey mainly, and while that one is awesome, i felt it didnt really fit my new theme. He replied back to me, and i now have some absolutely AWESOME new backgrounds! He did an amazing job at them, and honestly the only one of my monitors that does it justice would be my main one because of the blacks(its a VA panel, the sides are TN)  Anyway here is a screenshot of my awesome new desktop:

Well, good luck, but your best bet is to find larger scale ones that you can crop to your liking. there isn't a lot of wallpapers if any of that custom resolution.

I'll put my PC wherever i want!

Also remember it was a USPS issue, not an Amazon issue. Remember the guy on the other end of the line did not hit it with a rock, nor did he order the USPS guy to throw it over a wall. He's not the source of your pain, he's trying to relieve it, so be nice to him!

First call Amazon customer support, ask to speak to a US representative if you get a foreign one (a US rep will better understand situations like this) and maybe ask to speak to the US rep's supervisor and complain to them.
 
Explain exactly what happened and that this is totally unacceptable in general but that especially for fragile and sensitive and expensive electronics like this graphics card it's even worse.  Maybe ask them what they plan to do about this situation.  
 
Remain calm and civil.  No profanity or yelling.  Perhaps you could get the card exchanged or something else.  They might not do anything more than say sorry but it's worth a try.
 
 
In addition to that you should make a BBB complaint about this incident.  At least insist civilly that they deprioritize the shipping carrier that mishandled your GPU so at least there's a decreased chance of it being used for future orders.
 
Also, if the customer service call didn't get anything for you then include in your BBB complaint a request that they do something to make up for the inappropriately rough handling of your GPU, being sure to describe exactly what happened.
