  1. In the Channel Super Fun video about the motivational spheres, Linus looks like he is parked outside the office. He first goes to Luke (who is in the basement in pajamas) to test it, then later Luke is seen upstairs in the editing room in his pajamas still. I don't really think that he would leave his house in his pj's just to go to the office for a minute. Plus this was a work day. Also in other Channel Super Fun videos his car is parked in the garage. The other employees drive there but they don't park in the garage (linus included). And why would they keep it cleared for Luke's car when they could put stuff there instead. I'm not saying he lives there, but I'm not ruling it out either.
  2. My PC Temps wern't cool enough to my standard, so I ghetto mounted a single 100mm intake in a 120mm fan slot with one screw. My PC temps improved.
  3. CONGRADULATIONS LINUS AND LINUS MEDIA GROUP!!! You guys deserve a million. I have referred to reviews countless times and avoided some crappy purchases because of it. Thank you so much for awesome content!
  4. 1- I am talking about trips and vacations as far as carrying one around. MY WHOLE POINT is that in a smartphone you don't really need a high end camera. Yeah, sure, when you pay that much it is nice to have. My point is ITS NOT NECESSARY FOR EVERYDAY USE. I can think of serveral things i would rather see in the place of a big camera on a phone. 2-I guess so, because I thought it was pretty clear, or maybe you don't really have a good answer. (just sayin ) 3-Clearly you are not a smart watch person, and your third point is more of an opinion rather than being based on some sort of facts. Smartwatches are not a replacement for phones. In my PERSONAL OPINION they are supposed to be a cool watch that shows you notifications. Lets say you buy the basic pebble steel for $229 and you buy the $19.99 steel wrist band. This is still a hundred dollars below Apple's not so impressive looking smartwatch. So yeah a dollar to dollar comparason, like you suggested, reveals the iwatch is not all it is cracked up to be. And it's a good thing Apple holds value, because it makes an easier sale when you found out you screwed up. (I own an iPhone 5, so don't assume I completely hate Apple)
  5. 1- If i need a camera of that quality or better, I just need to buy a separate camera. With how thin modern cameras are nowadays, I don't mind slipping one into my pocket. Try using some of this room for even more battery or prehaps a useful feature on a phone. I buy a phone to text, call, play games, and browse the internet I don't use up my limited internal storage on pictures and worse, videos. 2- His point is why pay several hundered dollars to get ios8 when he can get it on the one he has now. 3-Look at the Pebble and Pebble steel. Of course smartwatches are not for everyone, but there are WAY, WAY better options than the iWatch. Both price and looks.
  6. Apparently Home Depot has confirmed a security breech has happened, and shoppers payment info has been leaked. Rumor says this could pass Target's breech, which happened last year. However Home Depot has stated that customers will not be charged for fraudulent charges to their Credit Cards. Some sources are saying that this could extend back to April, and affect over 2,200 US stores. Home Depot's system was apparently hit with the same type of Malware that hit Target's systems. This could lead to questions of, "Will it happen to more stores?". Sources:https://www.yahoo.com/tech/home-depot-confirms-customer-data-stolen-could-be-97056708284.html
  7. Well now I have to clean spit off of my monitor from reading some of these.
  8. I have an ASUS VS247H-P (the 23.6 inch model). This model is full 1080p HD, 2 ms response time, and its only $169.99 US on Amazon. It has a gaming mode as well.
  9. Based on some input from another user, obviously I wasn't clear on what I meant. Depending on what you are hooking it up to will determine what you need. For example, you will not need an amplifier if you plan to hook it up to a home theater (In rare cases will you need an amp for this). Most have a subwoofer amplifier built in. However in some cases you will need an external power source for your subwoofer. Hence, the need of Amps. I am not going to change my opinion of needing an external processing source. Some amps may do some processing, but for ultimate sound quality you will want a processor (like a stereo or home theater receiver).
  10. The Asus Republic of Gamers line of products never seem to dissapoint me. I love to listen to music/ watch movies on my computer. However, Most laptop manufacturers decide to include cheap pieces of crap for speakers. I love the speakers and subwoofer. That is only one of the great features that stands out to me.
