its a 3pin female connector, use that to power up your 2nd fan if you choose to add a 2nd fan

yeah . i was thinking M-ATX as well you wont be able to fit two gpu's in a prodigy anyway i assume manufacturers would configure it as : 16x 1x / 4x 16x -
id upgrade it only if i need for more performance and OC'ing the 2600k is just not cutting it will probably look in to sandybridge-E or ivy-E ?
