I love technology that pushes the boundries! This projector is prime example of LG going the extra mile just to prove how good they are!

I wonder who wins... ;D

I don't think the Ubisoft idea is great hahah, he might have to deal with them (or someone close) one day maybe just 'Keep on Diggin' written underneath

4gb should be fine for most tasks/games, 8gb isn't as necessary as people say it us but it is very much the sweet spot right now

Frequencies, and how they confuse me.
jennonf replied to LeopardChurch's topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
The motherboard frequencies are the ones you need to pay attention to -
That monitor costs nearly $900 but his is less than $500 so its just a smart way to save some money ;D Everything seems good to me, seems like you really did your homework (maybe you could take the RAM down to 8GB) being in the UK makes it hard for me to judge prices but it doesnt seem too unreasonable!

I want to know what power supply i need for this build!
jennonf replied to Sayed's topic in Power Supplies
That PSU you have picked is absolutely fine for that build, Seasonic make just about the best PSU's you can get. People have a habit of over stretching the PSU to things like 700w (which you really don't need), unless you are planning to SLI that 970 in the future in which case you could spring the extra cash now to save yourself in the future- 12 replies

The gain in performance is just not worth it, unless you want to be on the bleeding edge of tech. But remember that will your wallet will also be bleeding cas P.S. the extra frame buffer on the Titans will help a lot in dual 4K

i5-4460 vs FX-8320 for gaming/simultanious recording
jennonf replied to davidvu396's topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
If your on such a tight budget I would recommend a AMD FX6300 instead with a nice mobo/aftermarket cooler. Get a nice overclock and save the extra pennies and spring for the best GPU you can afford with your budget as that will make a bigger difference in gaming and the 6 cores on the chip will be plenty for gaming and streaming/recording! -
Any of the i5's should do fine, if you want to overclock then you will have to get one of the K series ones. I would recommend and aftermarket cooler even if you aren't going to overclock because they help increase CPU longevity and make your PC much quieter.

Definitely the EDG750 PSU, nothing beats a high quality, quiet and efficient power supply

Any device that strikes a balance between performance, style and pure awesome gets a 10/10 in my books!
